Welcome to ExamRig. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ExamRig website, study material, test series, accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

• If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your location, use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Educational purpose only

ExamRig provides study material, practice questions, explanations, and test-preparation tools for general educational purposes. The Services do not guarantee examination results, admission, employment, certification, rank, score, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for verifying official syllabi, examination rules, dates, eligibility requirements, and answers with the relevant institution or examination authority.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the Services for your own lawful educational use. You may download or print material only when the feature is expressly made available and only for your personal study.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, license, distribute, or commercially exploit our material without written permission;
• share paid, restricted, or account-only content with others;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, or other automated tools to access, collect, or download content without our written permission;
• attempt to bypass access restrictions, interfere with the website, probe for vulnerabilities, or introduce harmful code;
• impersonate another person, provide false information, or use another user’s account;
• post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content; or
• use the Services in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Unless stated otherwise, the ExamRig name, logo, design, text, questions, explanations, graphics, software, and other content on the Services are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@examrig.com with the relevant URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and evidence of your authority to make the request.

7. User submissions and feedback

If you submit comments, feedback, questions, or other material to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that submission to operate, improve, and promote the Services. Do not submit confidential information unless we have agreed to receive it in writing.

8. Paid services, payments, and refunds

Some Services may be offered for a fee. Where payment is required, the price, inclusions, validity period, payment method, and any applicable taxes will be shown before you complete the purchase. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment.

We make no warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that use of the Services will lead to a particular academic or examination outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExamRig and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunity, examination result, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant paid Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamRig and its owners, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of another person’s rights.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, created a security risk, or harmed other users, us, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
